'Turtle'
I love the patterns of turtle shells and the turquoise colours of the sea. In this batik I tried to capture the patterns of the turtle and the blue and turquoise colours of the underwater scene of the sea as the turtle swims through the deep blue and green water. I wanted to capture the light filtering down creating a serene and tranquil scene.
